Every time I come here, something or everything is not working. For the last 2 weeks, all but four of the vacuum cleaners were not working at all, and today at least 10 vacuums were missing their hoses, the same four that were working last week were the only ones that appear to be working this week and multiple cars waiting to use them. The others that were on had absolutely no suction, not even enough to suck up a kleenex. On top of that, I have the highest tier wash, and the most recent two times I went through, the tire shine did not engage at all. Seriously, there is always something or multiple things not working at this car wash every time I go. And there seems to be little to no effort to correct it. The owner and operator makes excuses, but at the end of the day, you're paying for something that you're not receiving.

Im a member for the second time now. I originally Canceled the membership because the car wash was horrible. Car wash Scratched my car and the car always came out still dirty. I addressed it with one of the guys, they indicated that a manager would call me. Several phone calls later and still no response. I ended up canceling my membership. Months later I received a phone call to tell me that their car was is new and improved. I decided to give it another chance. Big mistake. My car always comes out still dirty and the tire shine NEVER works. I have filed a complaint about it so many times. The guys that work there are friendly but im sorry they don't do their job when it comes to spraying the car prior to the wash.. Your have to ask every time for an airfreshner and wipes and then you hope you get it before you go into the car wash.

I waited 45 minutes in a line with no more than four cars, which normally should not take that long. The staff was not attending to customers and instead appeared to be talking among themselves and using their phones. This is not the first time I have experienced excessive wait times here. I recently switched to this car wash because it is closer to my home, but since then the service has been consistently poor. More than two cars left the line due to frustration while I was waiting. I am very disappointed with the level of service and hope this issue is addressed

Car wash it self was good but wait time getting to car wash was way too long, with having 6 cars ahead off me before reaching the wash took about 20 minutes plus 20 minutes waiting before getting through the gate. Then I found out the person working let 1 car go through the wash and waited until that car was almost done at the end of the wash area before letting next car go through the wash area. I never seen this happen, usually front go through the wash and at 15 feet apart next car go through the wash.

Been a loyal monthly member until today. They said the factory crossbars on my car are not allowed starting now, even though they had no issue with them before. I guess the huge trucks are no problem however, just my small car. Good thing there is another wash nearby. Switched over to their membership. Cheaper too Update to response: The employee working never mentioned anything to me about "Zip ties" I included photos to prove i have 0 zip ties on the rack. it is a professional installation using strong screwed bands that came with the equipment. if they were concerned about "zip ties" it was never mentioned to me. I appreciate your willingness to talk to me, but if i can never use your wash again, what would be the point of meeting?
